1. Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using this app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1.1 Provider

The App is published by Ghostoli (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 Apple Standard EULA

Use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA will prevail to the extent required by Apple.

1.3 License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Standard EULA and the App Store Terms.

Important: The App Store is the only authorized distribution channel for iOS/iPadOS/macOS (App Store) builds of this App.

1.5 Updates, Availability, and Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time to improve performance, security, or compliance. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or that all features will remain unchanged.

1.6 Third-Party Services

The App may interact with Apple services (such as iCloud, Screen Time, Health, Photos, or Notifications) depending on the features you use. If the App includes links to third-party websites or services, their terms and policies apply.

1.7 Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghostoli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of your use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
